Long ago I was a belly dancer in Austin, Texas.  This image was pulled on Arches watercolor paper.  She was not originally a belly dancer, somehow it spoke to me so I added the wild hair and makeup and enhanced her costume with jewel toned watercolors.  She is framed in a gold metal frame with plexiglass.
